Good quality and safety 2.5mm 4mm 6mm BVV coper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed housing wires for house
Introduction to BVV Line
BVV wire is copper core PVC insulated sheathed wire, also known as "light PVC sheathed cable" and is usually used for surface-mounted wires. The reason why it is called "BVV line" is because the letter B stands for "wiring wire" and the letter V stands for "polyvinyl chloride".
The structure of the BVV line is relatively simple, consisting of a core, an insulator and a sheath from the inside to the outside. BVV wire is a common decorative wire, it can be used as a plug board for connecting power supply, a wire for connecting various electrical appliances, and a wire for connecting with machines.
BVV Line Characteristics
BVV line is a kind of electrical appliances and cables suitable for AC voltage 450/750V and below. The long-term allowable working temperature of the core inside the wire does not exceed +65 degrees.
The commonly used specifications of BVV line are 0.75 square, 1 square, 1.5 square, 2.5 square, 4 square, 6 square, 10 square, 16 square, 25 square, 35 square, 50 square, 70 square, 95 square, 120 square, 150 square , 185 square, 240 square, 300 square, etc., the current that BVV lines with different cross-sections can withstand is also different. But here it is especially important to note that the working temperature of the BVV wire should be controlled within a certain range. Usually, the working temperature of the insulated wire is 70 to 90 degrees.
In the installation process of BVV wire, some special situations will be encountered, but special attention should be paid to its bending range, which is generally six times larger than the outer diameter of the wire. When wiring, it is necessary to fix the BVV line first, and the ambient temperature of the building must be above zero.
